About the magazine
The LNB magazine “Rosme” (1957) is the only adapted magazine in Latvia for people with visual impairments. It is published once a month in Latvian.
The magazine covers events, projects and happenings in the Latvian Association of the Blind, interviews with inspiring people, changes in the legislation of the Republic of Latvia (if it applies to persons with disabilities), the latest book list of the Latvian Library for the Blind, news in the Latvian Blind Sports Union, literary works of people with visual disabilities, as well as news from other non-governmental organisations.
The magazine “Rosme” of the Latvian Society for the Blind is a state-funded social rehabilitation service provided free of charge to persons with visual disabilities.

The magazine is also available for purchase by other natural and legal persons. Price per issue:

- Enlarged sighted print: € 3.00 + VAT;
- Audio on CD: 2,00 EUR + VAT
Services in braille:
The Publishing Division also provides fee-based services for the conversion of texts into Braille in various languages. We also have braille printers to print or reproduce the braille materials you need.
These services are free of charge for people with visual impairments.
